Trust & transparency

The CareLens Trust Center

This page brings together the information you need to understand who is responsible for CareLens content, how our educational material is produced, where AI is involved, and where the product's boundaries are.

Original educational content

CareLens creates its own explanations, guides, answer pages and product documentation for the questions its audience is trying to understand. We aim to add practical context rather than republish articles from other websites. When an external source is important to a health claim, readers should be able to follow the source or use our further-reading links.

How we publish

Our editorial workflow starts with a defined reader question, gathers appropriate evidence, separates established information from uncertainty, removes unsupported promises, and checks the finished page for clarity and safety. Material errors should be corrected rather than hidden by changing dates or publishing replacement pages.

How AI is used

CareLens uses AI in parts of the product, including photo-assisted guidance and follow-up conversation. AI output can be incorrect or incomplete. We therefore describe the product as educational guidance, not a diagnostic service, and explain the current processing workflow and limitations on the Methodology and AI Disclaimer pages.

Safety and privacy

Photo analysis requires an explicit consent step. Public educational pages are separate from private account and saved-report areas. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we process, why we process them, retention and deletion controls, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

What you can verify yourself

We want visitors to be able to inspect the important parts of the service without relying on marketing language. The links below cover the product workflow, publishing process, health-safety boundaries and data practices.

Advertising and editorial independence

Advertising, when present, is supplemental to the information on a page. It should not replace the page's useful content, imitate navigation, or be presented in a way that could confuse an advertisement with an editorial recommendation. Private reports, account screens and AI conversations are treated as product experiences rather than advertising destinations.
