1. What CareLens is

CareLens is a free AI personal-care assistant. You can upload or capture a selfie and receive general, non-medical guidance about your skin, hair, nutrition and lifestyle. Our output is informational, not diagnostic. It is not a substitute for professional medical, dermatological, nutritional or mental-health advice. Always consult a qualified professional for any concern.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service (or older, where your country requires a higher minimum age). If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their explicit permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Use CareLens to make medical, insurance, employment or legal decisions.
• Scrape, resell, or republish CareLens output as your own product.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of photos and information you provide. You grant CareLens a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the Service to you and to improve our models in aggregated, de-identified form. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Advertising

Parts of the Service may be supported by third-party advertising (for example Google AdSense). Ad networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits.
